Parallax Organic Vineyard

On the lower slopes of Pontos Hills, 600 metres from Pittwater, this Coal River Valley vineyard grows Pinot Noir and Riesling on land first granted to Horatio William Mason in 1820. Everything — vines, winery, bottling — is certified organic through Australian Certified Organics. The frost-free site runs warm summers into long, mild autumns: good conditions for slow ripening and concentrated fruit.
