Plenty Cider

Adam crossed from South Australia to Tasmania at 28, working stints at Winemaking Tasmania and Willie Smiths before striking out with Plenty. Fruit comes entirely from southern Tasmania — mostly Derwent Valley — where clean air and a long ripening season do the heavy lifting. The ciders are fruit-driven and uncomplicated in the best sense.
