Poacher's Ridge

Twenty acres of hand-tended vines in Narrikup, just outside Mount Barker. Poacher's Ridge keeps things deliberately small — a single estate in one of the world's largest wine regions, producing cool-climate bottles including a Riesling, Shiraz, and the intriguing Ashari. The family does everything themselves, which shows in the wine.
