Boutique distillery in Jingera producing single malt whisky and rum. The operation mashes, ferments, distils and ages spirits in French and American oak casks for a minimum of three years. Over 15,000 litres currently ageing. Visitors by appointment only; little to see at present. Spirits available for purchase online with flat-rate shipping across Australia.
