Six String Brewing Co

Chris Benson and school friend Adam Klasterka launched Six String in Erina in 2012. Now headquartered at The Sawmill, the brewery runs 16 taps alongside a Filipino-inflected restaurant kitchen. Core range beers sit next to the rotating Amplified Ales series — one-offs and limited releases designed to keep the brewers from getting comfortable. Tours run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 11am.
