The Geoghegan family took over this Nashdale cidery in 2020, inheriting an orchard of around 900 English and French cider-apple and perry pear varieties planted specifically for tannin and acidity — not sweetness. The wild-fermented Cat's Pyjamas is the one to try. Best in Show at the Japan Cider Cup 2024; Champion Cider at the Sydney Royal in 2021 and 2023.
