On Sanctuary Road at Cable Beach, this Broome brewery runs a 6HL onsite operation where the team brews mid-strength beers poured tank-to-tap across 32 taps of Spinifex and guest drinks. The kitchen turns out a modern Australian menu with a Kimberley twist, plus woodfired pizzas from a beaten-copper Italian hybrid oven. A children's playground, Gubinge garden and large outdoor LED screen round out the space.
