Springs Road Kangaroo Island

Joch and Louise Bosworth grow Shiraz, Chardonnay and Cabernet on Kangaroo Island under the Springs Road Little Island label — an offshoot of their McLaren Vale organic operation, which has been certified since the mid-1990s. No synthetic chemicals, no GMOs, minimal preservatives. The island's distinct terroir does the work; the winemaking mostly stays out of the way.
