St Mary's Wines

The Mulligan family has farmed this land 15km west of Penola since 1937; the vines came in 1985. Terra rossa over shallow limestone, hand-plunged open vats, basket-pressed into barrel. The spirits side — vodka, gin, unaged rum, cane spirit — arrived in 2015. Old-school winemaking logic applied to both.
