Stag Lane Farm Distillery

A gin distillery on a regenerative citrus farm at Yarra Glen, with a cellar door, bar and cafe looking out over the Yarra Valley and Kinglake. The family grows and handpicks its own botanicals, working through a range of six to seven gins and liqueurs made in seasonal batches. Kitchen dishes draw on farm produce. Open Thursday to Monday.
