This boutique winery crushes 70 tonnes of premium fruit from their own vineyards and select parcels of 30-60 year old vines in Sevenhill and Watervale. They produce award-winning Clare Valley Shiraz and Riesling, plus Malbec, Pinot Gris, traditional method sparkling wines and fortifieds.
