Sunshine Brewery

Former surfer Craig Dunsdon opened this Kuluin microbrewery in 2017 after a 2010 trip through Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Austria sharpened his palate considerably. The brewery takes its name from the Gubbi Gubbi word for black swan. Hop Therapy is a standout on the rotating taps; a 2023 gold medal signals the small operation is hitting its stride.
