The Still Co

A gin distillery at Vine Vale in the Barossa Valley working to a "still to glass" philosophy, sourcing botanicals both locally and further afield. The range runs across a Barossa Shiraz gin, a citrus-forward London Dry, a butterfly-pea Blue Flower gin and a savoury Hemp gin, alongside vodka, limoncello and the Red Night premix. Gin flights can be booked on site.
