Swedish-born brewer Mattias Isaksson leads the operation at Great Ocean Road Brewing, a Torquay taphouse backed by a tight group of Geelong locals. Isaksson trained across multiple Victorian breweries before landing here on the Surf Coast. The taproom pours his core range alongside food, with live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
