Truffle Hill

A truffi\u00e8re on the rich soils of Western Australia's Southern Forests, planted in 1997 with a first harvest in 2003. The Manjimup estate grows black P\u00e9rigord truffles and turns them into oils, sauces, honey, mustards and sea salt. Beyond the farm, there's a restaurant, tasting room, truffle hunts, and a boutique in Claremont.
