Vinnies Dive Bar

The Gold Coast's first dedicated punk bar, open in Southport since 2018 behind a matte-black door — neon, gig posters, arcade machines, two stages and the highest noise limit in Queensland at 110 decibels. Local and touring rock, punk and hardcore play every weekend, the room got so busy it took over the shopfront next door in 2022, and there's a record and merch store built in. Sticky floors, cold beer, no kitchen. Named after Agnostic Front's Vinnie Stigma.
