Planted in 1996 by foreign correspondent Philip Williams and political staffer Carolyn Jack, this 300-acre Hall estate supplies grapes to Canberra District winemakers while bottling its own — a gold medal Shiraz among them. The Georgian homestead takes private bookings; bedrooms look out over the Brindabellas or the vine rows below.
