Roma's first craft distillery, run by Michael McLaughlin and Will Fellowes on a former citrus and grape farm, uses outback botanicals across eight spirits. The Trading Post larder stocks regional produce — olives and dates from Charleville, citrus from Roma — turning the cellar door on Bungeworgorai Lane into a practical hub for the producers surrounding it.
