Wimmera Hills Winery

Located in the central highland hills of the Pyrenees Ranges, this family winery specializes in estate-grown shiraz wines including their award-winning Dedication Shiraz and unique Nude Shiraz rosé. They also produce craft gins and liqueurs through Mrs. Baker's Still House, plus farm-made preserves and olive oil from their property.
