Family-owned since 2014, this Mordialloc brewhouse runs 16 rotating taps across a weekend taproom with a beer garden and in-house kitchen. The current pour worth knowing: Wolfred Hazy IPA, built on Nectaron, Mosaic Cryo and Krush Hyperboost hops for tropical fruit with a dank edge. Out front, a oversized tin can makes its bid to join Australia's canon of roadside curiosities.
