Wombat Brewery

Aaron McKay grew up in Milton/Ulladulla, spent a decade home-brewing lagers, pilsners, pale ales, IPAs and stouts, then in 2022 opened this nano-brewery on the South Coast. The setup is deliberately low-key: sample the house beers on site, eat from a visiting food truck. A Wiradjuri man brewing on Yuin country — the provenance matters here.
