Zierholz Premium Brewery

Christoph Zierholz started homebrewing in 2001 with a single goal: end his father's two-decade search for proper Weizenbier after emigrating from Germany. That kernel grew into Canberra's first regional microbrewery, still brewed under the 1516 Reinheitsgebot — no shortcuts. The German and Austrian Embassies order it for their national day celebrations. That's a reasonable endorsement.
